How it works
Step 1. Place your order above.
Step 2. We will continue to raise your beef until it is ready in February, 2025.
Step 3. We will ship out your order on February 24th. Once it is on its way, you will receive automated email updates with a UPS tracking code.
Step 4. Your order will arrive to your home packed with insulation and plenty of dry ice to ensure it arrives fully frozen.
This box includes: 45 lbs. of grass-fed beef.
- 5-6 steaks from the Ribeye, New York Strip and Filet Mignon trio
- 3 Roasts. Either Chuck, Rump, Round, Tri-Tip, Picanha or Arm Roast.
- 1-2 Osso Buco Style Shanks
- 1-2 lbs. of Fajita Meat and/or Skirt Steak
- 1-2 lbs. of Stew Meat.
- 2 Sirloin Steaks.

20-30 one lb. packages of Ground Beef (80-85% lean).

Packaging: All cuts are individually vacuum sealed and labeled.
Freezer Space: An 1/8 Beef Share will require approximately 1.5 - 2 cubic ft. of space. It will fit in your regular freezer compartment with plenty of extra space. No chest freezer needed.
