Step 1. Place your order above. Shipping is free!
Step 2. We will ship out your order on July 29th. Once it is on its way, you will receive automated email updates with a UPS tracking code.
Step 3. Your order will arrive to your home fully frozen! We use thick insulation and plenty of dry ice.
This box includes: 45 lbs. of grass-fed beef.
- 5-6 steaks from the Ribeye, New York Strip and Filet Mignon trio
- 2 Roasts. Either Chuck, Rump, Round, Tri-Tip, Picanha or Arm Roast.
- 1-2 Osso Buco Style Shanks
- 1-2 lbs. of Fajita Meat and/or Skirt Steak
- 1-2 lbs. of Stew Meat.
- 2 Sirloin Steaks.

20-30 one lb. packages of Ground Beef (80-85% lean).
*Each cow yields different quantities and weights of cuts. Cuts included may vary slightly.
Packaging: All cuts are individually vacuum sealed and labeled.
Freezer Space: An 1/8 Beef Share will require approximately 1.5 - 2 cubic ft. of space. It will fit in your regular freezer compartment with plenty of extra space. No chest freezer needed.
