How it works...
1. Place your deposit for an 1/8, 1/4, 1/2 or Whole Beef.
2. We will reserve your beef and finish raising it for you.
3. In January we will have your beef professionally processed and dry-aged at a USDA processing facility in Luling, TX.
4. When it's ready in January, we will send you an email invoice to collect the final payment.
5. We will ship your order to your door with dry ice and insulation to keep it frozen.
