How it works
Step 1. Choose your purchase option above. You can pay in full or pay a deposit.
Step 2. When your beef is ready in July, 2024, we will have our expert butcher process your beef and let it dry age to maximize flavor & tenderness.
Step 3. Once your beef is ready, we will send you an update email with the scheduled shipping date. If you chose to pay a deposit, we will send you the email invoice for the final payment.
Step 4. We will ship your Beef Share to your door via UPS with insulation and dry ice to ensure it arrives fully frozen!
This box includes: 45 lbs. of grass-fed beef.
- 5-6 steaks from the Ribeye, New York Strip and Filet Mignon trio
- 2 Roasts. Either Chuck, Rump, Round, Tri-Tip, Picanha or Arm Roast.
- 1-2 Osso Buco Style Shanks
- 1-2 lbs. of Fajita Meat and/or Skirt Steak
- 1-2 lbs. of Stew Meat.
- 2 Sirloin Steaks.
- 20-30 one lb. packages of Ground Beef (80-85% lean).
- 1-2 lbs. of beef liver.
*Each cow yields different quantities and weights of cuts. Cuts included may vary slightly.
Packaging: All cuts are individually vacuum sealed and labeled.
Freezer Space: An 1/8 Beef Share will require approximately 1.5 - 2 cubic ft. of space. It will fit in your regular freezer compartment with plenty of extra space. No chest freezer needed.
Shipping: Your order will ship to your home in late July. You will be updated once we have an exact shipping date.
