How it works

Step 1. Place your order above.

Step 2. We will continue to raise your beef until it is ready in August, 2025.

Step 3. We will ship out your order on August 19th. Once it is on its way, you will receive automated email updates with a UPS tracking code.

Step 4. Your order will arrive to your home packed with insulation and plenty of dry ice to ensure it arrives fully frozen.

This box includes: 90 lbs. of grass-fed beef.

  • 10-14 steaks from the Ribeye, New York Strip and Filet Mignon trio.
  • 4 Sirloin Steaks.
  • 4-5 Roasts. Either Chuck, Rump, Round, Tri-Tip, Picanha or Arm Roast.
  • 3-4 Osso Buco style Shanks. 
  • 2-3 lbs. of Fajita Meat, Skirt Steak, Flat Iron Steak, Flank Steak or Sirloin Bavette.
  • 2-3 lbs. of Stew Meat.
  • 5-9 lbs. of Beef Short Ribs. 
  • 1 brisket (7-15 lbs.) *limited cut, not guaranteed.
  • 40-50 one lb. packages of Ground Beef (80-85% lean).

    *Each cow yields different quantities and weights of cuts. Cuts included may vary slightly.

    Packaging: All cuts are individually vacuum sealed and labeled.

    Freezer Space: This 1/4 Beef Share will require approx. 3.5 - 4 cubic ft. of freezer space.
