This box includes: 360 lbs. of grass-fed beef.
- 40-45 steaks from the Ribeye, New York Strip and Filet Mignon trio
- 12-16 Sirloin Baseball Steaks
- 8-12 Chuck Roasts and/or Shoulder Roasts
- 10-14 Osso Buco style Shanks
- 12-15 lbs. of Fajita Meat, Skirt Steak, Flat Iron Steak, Flank Steak or Sirloin Bavette.
- 9-12 lbs. of Stew Meat.
- 20-25 lbs. of Beef Short Ribs
- 2 briskets (7-15 lbs.)
- 160-200 one lb. packages of Ground Beef (85% lean).
*Some cuts may be substituted with a cut of similar value.
Deposit: Your Whole Beef deposit is $1,600. Your final payment will be $3,475 after your deposit is subtracted. The total amount is $5,075
How it works: You reserve your Whole Beef today with a $1,600 deposit. We will go out in the pasture and select the healthiest & fattest steer in the herd. We will have our expert butcher process your beef and let it dry age to maximize flavor & tenderness. Once your beef is ready in April, we will send you an invoice to collect the rest of the payment ($3,475). Then we will ship it to your door for free, in 8 big boxes. Your beef will arrive fully frozen!
Freezer Space: This Whole Beef will require approx. 14 - 16 cubic ft. of freezer space.
Packaging: All cuts are individually vacuum sealed and labeled.
