How it works
Step 1. Choose your purchase option above. You can pay in full or pay a deposit.
Step 2. When your beef is ready in July, 2024, we will have our expert butcher process your beef and let it dry age to maximize flavor & tenderness.
Step 3. Once your beef is ready, we will send you an update email with the scheduled shipping date. If you chose to pay a deposit, we will send you the email invoice for the final payment.
Step 4. We will ship your Beef Share to your door via UPS with insulation and dry ice to ensure it arrives fully frozen!
This box includes: 90 lbs. of grass-fed beef.
- 10-14 steaks from the Ribeye, New York Strip and Filet Mignon trio.
- 4 Sirloin Steaks.
- 3-4 Roasts. Either Chuck, Rump, Round, Tri-Tip, Picanha or Arm Roast.
- 3-4 Osso Buco style Shanks.
- 2-3 lbs. of Fajita Meat, Skirt Steak, Flat Iron Steak, Flank Steak or Sirloin Bavette.
- 2-3 lbs. of Stew Meat.
- 5-9 lbs. of Beef Short Ribs.
- 1 brisket (7-15 lbs.) *limited cut, not guaranteed.
- 40-50 one lb. packages of Ground Beef (80-85% lean).
- 2-4 lbs. of beef liver.
*Each cow yields different quantities and weights of cuts. Cuts included may vary slightly.
Freezer Space: This 1/4 Beef Share will require approx. 3.5 - 4 cubic ft. of freezer space.
Packaging: All cuts are individually vacuum sealed and labeled.
Shipping: Your order will ship to your home in late July. You will be updated once we have an exact shipping date.
